Primarily manage all Cisco- IP telephony IVR/VRU and scripting, Calabrio call recording and Workforce Management, Tandberg video conferencing, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily VoIP System administration- order, maintain, replace, repair, add, move, and miscellaneous changes for any and all company issued user accounts. This includes physical phone configuration, voice mail, and UCCE configuration. Manage all *VoIP* related telecommunication’s tickets in the trouble ticketing database used by IT Support for inter-department documentation and problem resolution Manage and maintain all company call routing, scripting, and prompt recording for inbound/outbound VoIP transactions. Manage and maintain UCCE Call recording Calabrio server, user accounts, and user access. Support WAN infrastructure upgrades, outages and moves for all POTS lines, T1, PRI, DS3, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, and Internet circuits. Provide training and assistance for all global company-wide remote conference tools- support desktop sharing, conference call, and video conference tools. Provide appropriate information, reporting, and expertise to continually improve telecommunications costs and operational efficiency. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING: *Telecommunications experience of 2-3 years*. Customer service and analytical skills required. Hands-on skills with Cisco call center applications, IVR systems, and call recording solutions. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and related office products. Strong trouble shooting and people skills are necessary. International experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Telecommunications system administration. \Ability to understand telecommunications terminologies. Ability to plan, organize and complete work as scheduled. Ability to work independently in conducting analysis and completing assignments.
