Initial work experience in IT solution design, development and implementation. Know-how of applying object oriented technology and design principles to create custom software solutions or modify package solutions with an agile development methodology. Proficient in Core C#/.NET especially Collections, GC, events and delegates, Multi-threading and Generics. Good understanding of new language features like LINQ and lambda expressions. Initial experience in at least one IOC Container, Mock Framework and ORM Framework, NAnt and NUnit. Proficient in one or more Relational Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase. Initial working knowledge of OOAD, UML, Design Patterns and Data Structures. Experience in WinForms, WPF, Silverlight and WCF is highly desirable. Good problem-solving skills. Work independently with limited oversight to deliver sub-components of a solution. Conduct testing and quality assurance tasks and fix defects that may arise. Implement functional enhancements and monitor applications to ensure stability and optimal performance. Be involved in workshops and client meetings in order to help to translate business requirements into system design. Create test scripts; execute and document tests. Support different development and test environments.
