*Lead Pega Production support Consultant* *Duration : Long Term* *Location : Woodland Hills, CA* *Need to have skills : Pega PRPC v6.X * *Experience Required : 7 - 12 years of total IT* 1) Providing Production Lights-on support for Commercial BIE, BIE2 and IA Portal applications. 2) Troubleshooting BIE Pega Performance issues. 3) Participating in Architecture redesign and discussions for all major projects. 4) Update architecture diagrams for all distributed applications (BIE, BIE2 and IA Portal). 5) Security restructuring for BIE pega application. 6) Analyzing out of memory issues for BIE Pega application. 7) Leading production support team. 8) Coordinating and Supporting weekly ISP Activities. 9) Creating RFS and supporting major projects, acting as a liaison between Client Project sponsors and CSC Project manager. 10) Working on Operation Readiness and Review for major projects. 11) Performing Dun and Brad Street monthly data updates. 12) Representing Commercial Business Unit in AE Delegate meeting. 13) Third party vendor support(Data updates, maintenance activities) for all 3 distributed applications (BIE Pega, BIE2 and IA Portal). 14) Creating and submitting Service Now CR's. 15) Working on Single/multi user production Incidents. 16) Providing Pega technical assistance to the BIE Pega team. 17) Experience working on Infrastructure projects.
