*Required Qualifications:*

*Must have a minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience with at least 1 year of
9.2 experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools
across multiple HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition
Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, MSS, ESS,
Performance Management and Profile Management and worked as a HCM
functional consultant in 3+ PeopleSoft (9.0 and above) implementations
and/or upgrade*

*Must have completed at least one (1) PeopleSoft HCM application upgrade
from 8.9 or 9.0 to version 9.2 as a primary upgrade functional  analyst*

*Experience in interfacing with various cross functional teams to refine
requirements and advise on best practices*

*Experience in performing Fit-Gap Analysis, Conduct Walk-thru Sessions and
Proof of Concept sessions on the new 9.2 functionality for Recruiting,
Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits
Administration, MSS, ESS, Performance Management and Profile Management
with the business users and Subject Matter Experts.*

*Experience in participating in the Keep/Drop decisions based on compare
report results, and construct application flows for core Business
processes, and create functional design for specific application
customizations / enhancements including interfaces and reports.*

*Experience in providing full life-cycle support in requirements
definition, system analysis, configuration, design, development, quality
assurance, documentation, testing, training, change management and
production stabilization support*

*Must be Proficient with SQL or PS/Query for reviewing data,
troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data.*

*Must be able to create training materials using UPK, test scripts and
communicate with the business teams on the 9.2 upgrade changes.*

*Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making
presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading
effectively and cooperatively with staff and management.*

*Demonstrated skill in analysis and problem solving including determining
priorities, producing fully developed quality recommendations to decision
makers.*

*Ability and experience in training PS HCM modules 9.2 applications and
delta.*
