Skills



·         Experience of Workday HCM system, Work force administration (WFA)
and Compensation modules required

Responsibilities include:

·             Analyze and document business processes within existing Human
Capital Management (HCM) system (Workday).

·             Analyze system functionality with customers, identify gaps
and support/configure HR systems to meet existing business requirements.

·             Prepare written documentation - both functional and technical
- for a wide variety of system analysis or specifications.

·             Provide recommendations and assist to implement changes to
existing business processes and to HCM systems.

·             Develop test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases;
execute test scripts; and document and communicate the results.

·             Interact and communicate with project team members to ensure
the successful delivery and implementation of system updates and
modifications into production.

·             Assist project team in the processes and procedures related
to the security accreditation of new or modified applications.

·             Act as key liaison between business users and technical team
to analyze business functional requirements and evaluate HR functionality
to meet business needs.
