Please let me know your interest in this position. *Job Title: Application Consultant * *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Job Description:* · OCM practitioner to execute the OCM projects on the EFH team. · Individual needs to excel at interactions with clients, deliver using the established EFH OCM me thodology and be able to explain our approach to client teams. · Executes organizational change design and business process re-engineering according to industry best practices. · Develops OCM recommendations and guides individuals and groups to desired outcomes by establishing confidence and direction. · Documents current-state assessment of organization’s strengths/weaknesses/opportunities. · Maintains general knowledge of current technology. · Develops OCM solution that satisfies Client functional and capacity requirements while adhering to Capgemini standards, capabilities, and practices. · Develops OCM documentation (solution description, diagrams, assumptions, timelines, etc) suitable for presentation to internal stakeholders and external clients. · Presents OCM solutions to Delivery Managers, Senior Leadership, and Clients. · Contributes to the development of proposals, estimates, and preliminary analysis and application architecture documents. · Required to solve medium to complex problem solving skills.
