We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role: Hadoop Admin* *Location: San Francisco , CA* *Duration: 12+ months* *GC or US Citizen Only* *Job Description* • Extensive IT experience in software development & production support in Data Warehousing/ETL, Big Data and Hadoop. • Experience in Hadoop installation including setting up and configuring (Multi-Node) cluster. • Hands on experience in installing and configuring Hadoop & Hadoop eco system components like Pig, Hive. Oozie • Worked on Multi Clustered environment and setting up Hadoop eco system. • Analyzing data using Hive QL, PIG Latin and custom Map Reduce programs. • Optimizing HQLs for better performance. • Good knowledge on Map Reduce Framework & HDFS Architecture. • Good knowledge in Hadoop Shell Commands. • Having Working Knowledge on Sqoop and Flume for Data Processing. • Having good working Knowledge on UNIX Commands and Oracle. • Writing automation scripts to reduce manual intervention in different support activities.. • 3+ years of experience in Hadoop, NoSQL infrastructure administration preferably MapR distribution. • Manage extracting, loading and transforming data in and out of Hadoop, primarily using Hive, Sqoop, and distcp. *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
