*Position : IT Project Manager / Business Analyst Location : Northbrook, IL * *Duration : 6+ Months (thru fiscal year end 3/31/16+ possible extension) * *Interview : Phone / Skype* *Job Description:* · Our client is in the process of implementing a workflow solution that will allow submitting, reviewing, and approving of requests related to fee-for-service arrangements, meetings and sponsorships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). · The solution will allow for efficient and effective internal review processes, while facilitating transparency of business transactions for financial reporting and business decision-making. · The solution will integrate with other internal systems to allow for streamlined processes and operational excellence. *Job Responsibilities* · Plan and coordinate project milestones and activities · Manage scope & deliverables to the project requirements · Plan project timelines & track delivery schedules · Risk identification, analysis and mitigation planning · Conduct deliverable reviews & lessons learned analysis · Prepare presentations to support executive-level meetings · Manage resources across the project team, vendor & stakeholder resources · Manage project communication and information across stakeholders · Facilitate a working partnership between business, IT and service providers. · Periodic project reporting, including: status, schedule, financial and risks/issues. · Conduct analysis of business processes and functional requirements · Drafting project deliverables, diagraming process flows and swim-lane diagrams · Evaluation of options for issue resolution · Managing project open items; from analysis to resolution · Manage project artifacts and documentation · Facilitate working sessions with business users and stakeholders *Job Requirement* · 5-7 years complex project management skills in an IT environment · 3-5 years business analysis experience · Experience managing projects with IT and business team members · Experience with all phases of the software life cycle - initiation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment · Ability to drive the project team · Willingness to get hands-on with requirements gathering, testing etc. · Vendor management experience · Strong MS Office, Project, Excel, Visio skills · Detail oriented, independent, self-starter · Experience presenting to upper management, including C level · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Bachelors or equivalent work experience · Strong interpersonal skills · Team player *Preferred additional skills:* · *Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Corporate Compliance & Regulatory experience* · Familiarity or experience managing workflow automation solutions · Experience working with salesforce.com(SFDC) solutions · Familiarity or experience with pharmaceutical compliance, sales operations and IT environments · PMI PMP certification · Business analysis certification · Experience in Program management Regards *Abhishek Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* *VSG Business Solutions* *221,Cornwell Dr, Bear,DE 19701* *Contact No : 302-261-3207 X 101* *Email :[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Hangout :abhishek.vsg* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
