Key skills required for the job are:
• SharePoint 2013 (Mandatory)
• Spanish Language (Mandatory)
• CSS
• JavaScript
• HTML
Experience in online communications Intranet concepts,creation, content
management, metrics and house-keeping
Ideally familiar with Sharepoint (2013), HTML, CSS andJavaScript
In this role, you should able to:
Analyze relevance of existing intranet pages based
on their age and accessmetrics
Judge complexity of pages and propose ways forward
in the newframework/templates
Propose a navigational structure for intranets
(countries, departments,functions etc)
Guide and influence communicators in good web
practice aligned with the overallstrategy of content reduction
Identify and list gaps and improvement suggestions
for the templates
Triage requests within the project organization
Communicate all the time in English and Spanish
both languages are a must
Additional info:
a) Theresource should not only know the technical piece, but
also to speak the business language , as he/she will be interacting with
people from Communicationsarea (therefore some previous experience in
communication role would bedesired) therefore the profile as Webmaster
b) Responsibilitywould be to help coordinate the migration of
the portals the countries in LACanregion - and to help evaluate what
content needs to be migrated (or notmigrated)
Skill and Experience Details:
Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 YEARS Mandatory Skills: SharePoint 2013,
Spanish Language Office 365 - SharePoint Online, SQL Server, MOSS 2007,
ASP.NET, SharePoint, C# - CSharp-Programming Desirable Skills: JavaScript,
CSS, HTML Language Skills: English Language
