We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Scrum Masters / Agile Coach* *Location – Columbus, IN* *Duration – Long term Contract* *Job Duties* - Act as Scrum Master for 2 Scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. - Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style and lead by example. This person should be extremely knowledgeable in, and personify Scrum and Agile. - Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos, and cross-team coordination - Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization *Skills Required* - 8-11 years relevant experience (development, project management, etc.) - At least 3 years’ experience being Scrum Master on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.) - Strong knowledge of relevant Agile metrics and charts (e.g. burndown, velocity) - Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn down techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) - Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
