Location : Minneapolis,MN Duration : 1 year *The designer should have Axure prototyping skills* JD: The designer should have Axure prototyping skills and has had some user research skills that enabled them to put together interview questions and meet with various provider stakeholders to assist in the product requirement refinement process. They should have worked directly with the project sponsor who is very hands on. I’m going to look for a candidate with strong prototyping and communication skills who is able to justify design decisions to opinionated and involved executives. Canned JD: As a User Experience Designer for the growing Optum Technology Engineering User Experience Center of Excellence (COE) team, you will serve as an expert in User Interface design. Your job responsibilities will include: Create compelling user interface designs for web, mobile, and desktop software products Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams to translate requirements into wireframes or prototypes Provide UX expertise and apply design principles and UX best practices to design deliverables.
