*This position is responsible for providing technical guidance to enable

*department to execute our Microsoft Azure cloud-based initiatives. Key
responsibilities:*
*Function as a technical expert across multiple cloud migration projects*
*Provide high-level cloud architecture expertise to managers and technical
staff,*
*including guidance on performance, scalability, availability, security,
design,*
*implementation, cost, and operational implications.*
*Work with software development and operational support teams to define *
*cloud project deliverables and dates that implement the cloud strategies.*
*Assist with the creation and implementation of a DevOPS support model. *
*Additional Skills:*
*Required Skills/ years of experience needed:*
*5+ year’s design and/or implementation and/or support of distributed
applications*
*for medium or large-scale enterprises.*
*2+ years’ experience in migrating on premise legacy systems to the public
cloud*
*hybrid cloud, including successful transitions to implementation support
teams.*
*Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS concepts and articulating *
*these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences*
*Experience with AGILE development, SCRUM, and Application Lifecycle
Management (ALM)*
*Knowledge and experience with Windows Azure*
