Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position
The HR Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Analytics Team within the
Human Resources organization and is responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc
reporting requests and partnering with the team on a number of analytically
focused projects.

Essential Duties and Job Functions
• Create simple to complex reports and queries to respond to ad-hoc
reporting requests
• Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple
data sources
• Manage the distribution of reports through the report tracking system
• Perform integrity checks on the data to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and triage data issues across
teams
• Identify additional data requirements for reports and dashboards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance their understanding
of metrics and reports

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• High proficiency extracting data from OBIEE, PeopleSoft and Workday
• Prior experience with data governance, auditing and creating standards /
documentation
• Experience setting up and automating reports / dashboards as well as
scaling current processes
• Understands complexities and nuances with reporting on different
hierarchies
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and
interpretation needed in deliverables
• Demonstrated experience in analytics and problem-solving
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a focus on driving results
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure
environment
• Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly
confidential data
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts) and
basic Excel functions (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
