Specific product training will be given by the customer. · ( training) - 2 to 3 weeks Max. *Responsibilities: * · Solve business problems by identifying requirements and applying cost-effective technologies · Define business and functional requirements · Assist with defining the solutions to satisfy the business and functional requirements, using pre-established web design, usability, & security best practices and guidelines · Obtain a thorough understanding of the business processes and how they are executed within the system · Re-engineer business processes as required for global projects · Ensure the entire End-to-End process is executable · Establish and manage business and information architectures and strategies · Define data models & requirements for operational/management reporting · Develop detailed test scripts for testing · Execute test scripts associated with end to end business functions · Find and report defects to ensure the system meets the business requirements and is of high quality when delivered to the end users · Facilitate the User Acceptance business scenario testing with Managers, Key Users and End-Users · Coordinate necessary updates to job, procedure and training material · Provide Education, Deployment and Floor Support to the end-users during "go live" for major releases in all geographies · The ideal candidate has performed a mixture of project work and support work with a multinational company using SAP, Siebel, and Personalized Web Technologies. *Has broad experience within the following areas:* · Web Application Design and Usability · Interactive Online Reports and Analytics · Portal Technology · Knowledge Management · Information Architecture · E-Business/E-Commerce · E-Service · Content Management · Graphic Design · Responsive Design/Mobile First · Program/Project experience: · 4-5+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Web Applications, and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM for Sales and Services) · Experience in business analysis, completing at least one global implementation for a multinational corporation · Previous experience with Service Finance, Siebel CRM, SAP and Supply Chain desirable *Skill & Ability Requirements:* · Strong Leadership skills · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills · High degree of professionalism and a positive attitude · Speaks and writes proficient English · Very strong problem analysis and resolution skills · Comfortable presenting to both large groups and executives · Willing and able to travel to geographies · Strong organizational skills in a highly matrixed environment *Education Requirements:* · Undergraduate/college degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, CIS, MIS, or Systems Analysis.
