We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role: Service Now Admin* *Location:* *Auburn Hills, MI* *Duration: 10+ months* *Role Description * Expert in ServiceNow administration requires the following skills and requirements: • Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies • ServiceNow system administrator training/certification required. • Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended. • HTML, XML, Web Services, SN scripting in JavaScript • Experience in producing enterprise level reports, including compiling data from several different sources. • Experience with using and obtaining data from ServiceNow • Experience with processes involving problem identification, recovery, escalation and resolution. • Working knowledge of relational databases. • Able to function well in a fast-paced and adaptive environment. • Previous experience as a developer using the Agile Development Methodology (SCRUM, storyboards etc.) • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred • Experience supporting a global implementation of ServiceNow preferred *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
