- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst including

- Breaking down a business process, applying changes, and rebuilding
processes
- Working closely with IT team on requirements, solutions, and on
gaining business acceptance
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience working as a BA in a large enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with the full SDLC
- Prior experience working in the logistics or transportation industry
- Experience with Organizational change & the challenges is brings
*Nice to Have*
- Six Sigma Green or Black belt
- Engineering background
- IIBA certification
- CAPM certification
