*Job Description*
We are seeking a full time or contract Microsoft ASP.NET / C# developer who
brings technical excellence and experience to all tiers of a typical
application stack.
Primary Responsibilities
• Ability to work with all application tiers, including
databases (Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL / et al), data access layers or
ORMs, business tiers and/or application controllers, and views built using
templates along with HTML / CSS frameworks.
• Ability to create and implement automated test suites
in a .NET environment
• Work within agile teams that are cross-functional to
accomplish shared team goals
• Professional-level collaboration and communication
with clients who are outside of our firm
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks
possessing exceptional quality
• Interested in staying current by learning new
technologies inside and/or outside of work
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a

*Job Qualifications *
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in a web-based software
development environments
• Proficiency in developing applications using C#,
ASP.NET MVC, jQuery and SQL Server 2008/2012 or equivalent RDBMSs
• Strong understanding of relational databases & SQL
• Experience applying one or more JavaScript frameworks
(e.g. Angular.js, Ember.js, Backbone.js, Kendo, and potentially many others)
• Experience in advanced development practices – like
continuous integration, test-driven development, pair programing,
refactoring – preferred.
• Familiarity with automated testing, including writing
unit, functional, system, and integration tests
• Excellent communication skills, an energetic and
positive attitude. Prior client-focused consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience identifying areas for improvement and a
willingness to express attitudes and ideas in professional and positive
ways.
• Broad set of technical skills with demonstrated
learning agility and intellectual curiosity. Experience working with other
platforms, languages, tools, is a valuable behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or
Engineering is helpful but not required
• Demonstrated problem-solving and quantitative skills,
combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills are
required.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and
time-management skills.
