Job Title : Informatica Developer Location : Hartford, CT Duration : 1+ Year Skills and Experience required: 6 yrs. experience in developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and supporting Informatica PowerCenter solutions preferably on DB2, SQL Server databases. Strong DB2 SQL skills Experience with requirement analysis, design, development, testing and documentation including version control practices and technologies Communicate with business users to collect and understand requirements, socialize ideas among peers, and document work products Perform systems/data analysis to implement Informatica mappings and workflows, shell scripts and stored procedures Design, develop and unit test Informatica ETL processes. Debug and update the existing code to resolve issues. Provide performance improvement related guidance to the Informatica team members Strong skills in writing Stored Procedures, Packages, triggers, Views Experience in analyzing SQL plan Experience with batch scripting (on Windows) Experience with Informatica workflow scheduling using tools.
