*Database knowledge (Oracle preferred)*
*Tool skillset B Business Objects, Tableau, MS Word, Visio*
*Strong Excel experience*
*Demonstrated experience with process improvement B (prefer Six Sigma or
LEAN)*
*Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and processes*
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)*
*Experience writing business cases or recommendations*
*Ability to work independently*
*Strong self-starter with good work ethic*
*Team player who works well with others at all levels of the organization.*
