*Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator who has a
strong grasp on the ServiceNow platform including development, Core ITSM
tables, Glide and Scripting.*

*Serve as subject matter expert for ServiceNow, including: *

•          Configuring ServiceNow Asset,  Incident, Problem, Change and
Knowledge management modules based on business and IT requirements

•           Performing ServiceNow administration responsibilities,
including (but not limited to) platform upgrades, deployment of  ServiceNow
applications, maintenance and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform

•           Performing application user interface and supporting workflow
configuration

•           Provide Service Now reports to management(hardware, software,
compliance

•           Build custom integrations between ServiceNow and other company
used tools and products

•           Enter and track IT assets in Service now using manual or
automated processes

•           Create, track , modify CI records to include CI details and
attributes

•           Maintain relationships between business services and the IT
infrastructure

•           Analyze business processes and develop technical specifications
for process optimization in Service Now

•           Assist business service lines in developing client specific
reporting

*ServiceNow Administrator Requirements Qualifications include: - 2+ years
ServiceNow development experience (including some or all of the following:
Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps) -
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including: core ITSM
tables, Glide, scripting, and development methods.*
