DUTIES Program Management of large multi team initiatives, partnering with business leadership and managing program delivery across internal IT, third party vendors and service providers Active engagement with application teams and third party software partners to ensure appropriate SDLC metrics reporting and Technology governance Active engagement with business teams to ensure access to knowledgeable personnel and execution of program/project planning and organizational governance Cultivating business relationships to provide program leadership in a highly matrix environment Actively engaging with business teams from business case development through program delivery Providing point of escalation for a program portfolio Providing subject matter expertise in areas including program and project management, scope definition, risk identification and mitigation and program financials Ensuring critical programs establish and deliver on commitments and establish metrics to proactively identify areas of risk and allow planning for mitigation Creating and delivering executive level presentations on program updates, cycles and expected results Broker delivery of critical programs within the portfolio, ensure organizational alignment on scope, schedule, quality, benefits and implement and monitor appropriate controls to proactively deal with barriers to completion Provide leadership to process improvement and other initiatives as assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree is Required (Master’s degree is preferred) PMP Certification preferred 7+ years of experience within a large corporate/matrix environment 7+ years of direct accountability as a Program Manager/Director with large scale, cross functional programs - from ideation to delivery. 10+ years of experience in tracking, planning IT projects and making fact based recommendations and decisions Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86 Progressed through a technical discipline into project management field Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships Executive Presence & Communication skills Experience with implementing appropriate financial controls within programs and projects Ability to travel to Corporate Headquarters as necessary (twice a year is typical) Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Regards: Dayle Wilson - IT Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
