*The candidate MUST have prior experience as a QE lead*
*Excellent analytical skills to create effective test strategy and design
test cases*
*Strong leadership skills - Candidate must lead and communicate effectively
the direction,*
* guidelines, and processes, as well as work with the Dev teams*
*Good communication skills - They are expected to communicate with the rest
of the *
*engineering team on issues/analysis/questions, as well as work with the
offshore QE team members*
*Strong analytical and test designing skills - The candidate must be able
to understand the*
* business requirements and design robust tests that ensure all business
requirements are *
*met and that the application handles unexpected inputs gracefully*
*Understanding of Agile methodologies - And how to be an effective QE in an
agile development team*
*Ability to adapt to fast changing requirements and bandwidth to handle
multiple tasks -*
* The candidate would be expected to react to quickly changing requirements
without dropping the ball on quality*
*And as needed, would be expected to handle more than one task to help the
team meet its objectives.*
*Development and automation experience w/Java, Selenium, and strong
understanding of Object-Oriented concepts*
*Experience with Appium.*
