*Database design, master data management, maintenance and editing within a
variety of systems. *
*Capture technical requirements, coordinate with other system managers/*
*administrators, and develop solutions for data exchanges to include web
services. *
*Assist with developing methods and solutions to increase data quality. *
*Assist team members with internal requests for data, mapping, and
analysis.*
*Assist in the evolution of a maturing data model, including geospatial
elements.*
*Support field data collection activities from the office to maximize work
efforts.*
*Analyze and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and revises *
*computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data.*
*Design application framework based on requirements documentation*
*utilizing Oracle Apex, Oracle Database, PL/SQL.*
*Prepare charts and diagram to assist in problem analysis, and submit
recommendations for solutions.*
*Prepare program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic
flowcharts.*
*Encode , test , debug and install the operating programs and procedures in
coordination with computer operations.*
*Execute daily data update processes to development and production
environments.*
