*Position: SAP FICO Consultant * *Location : Minneapolis, MN * *Duration: 6+ Months Interview Mode: Phone then Face to Face* *GC , USC Only * *Job Description* · The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for the analysis and detailed design of business processes in one or more functional domains, for configuration and testing of SAP applications, and for related deployment and sustainment activities. *Job Responsibilities:* - Maintains expert knowledge of specific business domains, end-to-end processes, and of related SAP solutions and capabilities. Work with the business to clarify and refine functional requirements, and coordinate work in initial phases to translate these into functional designs. Follows continuous improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities. - Delivers Project-Oriented Services. Contributes to conceptual and logical designs. - Configures SAP applications to meet business requirements and improve system efficiencies while adhering to architectural and security standards. - Writes functional and development specifications. - Conducts unit and integration testing. - Supports deployment activities and related deployment processes including change. - Assists with scope, issues and risk management. Ensure existing software applications can be integrated into package software solutions. - Executes end to end testing for the package software to ensure effective delivery of high quality solutions for the product including Integration and User Acceptance Testing. - Assists in development of test phase deliverables (test scenarios & scripts) and report results. - Help validate that solutions due to be released meet quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purpose. *Job Requirement* · Minimum 4 years experience in one or more business domains including a strong understanding of business unit functions and processes. · Deep knowledge of one or more SAP functional domains and related solutions (e.g., FICO, SRM, ECC, etc.). · Knowledge of end-to-end development process and full lifecycle implementations. Analytical thinking skills. · Experience with production support and operations processes.
