*Responsibilities:*5 + years hands on experience in large scale operational environments 5+ years’ experience in application development or equivalent technical IT background Proficiency multiple scripting and/or programming languages such as Perl, Python, VBS, Batch/Shell, WinBatch, QA Scripting, Java Script, CSS, PHP, SOAP, XHTML, XMLActive Directory and LDAP knowledge *Excellent Troubleshooting Skills:* Experience with multiple components of information technology infrastructure, including multiple operating systems, network infrastructure components (switches, routers, firewalls), virtualization infrastructure, and relational databases Understand Basic Web Environment Protocols: SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, SSH Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems The position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in integration of data sources, systems and services as well as the maintenance of the application. Candidate will be a self starter working within an enterprise ITSM tools team and will be responsible for implementation of new functionality and enhancements to our Service Agility Portal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Major projects to be supported near term include re-developing the UI for Service Agility Portal, addition of data management interfaces, as well as additional integrations with other systems or record. *REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:* Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
