Design and Architecture of infrastructure with latest technologies to keep up with industry . Collaborates to develop respective technical domain roadmap . Implements road map with adherence to technology strategy including best practices . Contributes to execution plans and executes technical infrastructure projects to upgrade or refresh supported systems . Develops documentation including processes and procedures for consistent maintenance and support . Develops utilities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce time of support . Identifies and leverages best practices among Engineering staff as well as within peer teams Requirements: . Develops self & others through Coaching, Contributing to Team Success, Continuously Learning and Sharing Knowledge . Builds and Sustain Relationships, Manage Projects and Change Agility . Understands the product/technology lifecycle, follow end-of-life and provide recommendation for changes/upgrades . Infrastructure architecture, design and Implementation of Weblogic application server . Expertise in building resilient, high performance Weblogic middleware solution . Familiarity of Weblogic clustering, Integration and High availability solutions . Familiarity with one of J2EE technologies and/or .NET technologies including JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, ASP, ASPX, and HTML . Web infrastructure and single sign-on including Siteminder, LDAP . Administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning of Weblogic application servers .
