Perform data analysis to source data from multiple systems and map it to a Master Data Management platform. Key Skills: Strong experience and Fundamental understanding of Master Data Management concepts Data Profiling & Analysis Evaluate existing data feeds and assess data quality Create Source to Target Mapping Standardize data definitions across multiple source system Strong conceptual modeling and communication skills Strong relational and dimensional data modeling and database design skills Strong problem solving and decision making skills Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously A good understanding of meta-data models, object modeling and XML will be a big plus Experience with Insurance industry especially with ACORD and related data architecture a big plus. Qualifications: 8+ years experience in designing/implementing Enterprise data solutions.
