*Position: * *Peoplesoft Analyst * *Location : Charlotte, NC* *Duration: 8-10 Months * *Interview Mode: Phone/ Skype * *Work Status: ANY (Prefer GC or Citizen)* *Job Description* · The Senior PeopleSoft Analyst will support the PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, & Interaction Hub upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2, testing and other technical projects as assigned; analyze work process design and flow, improve processes as well as leverage and improve on technological capabilities. · They will work effectively with peers as well as set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning (either directly in support of client leads or different system initiatives). · This position serves as a technical point-of-contact and provides subject matter expertise around data integrity, testing of system changes, basic report writing and analyzing data flows / issues for process improvement opportunities. *Job Responsibilities* · Assist in the review, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes. · Maintain PeopleSoft configuration tables. · Provide support for PeopleSoft and other HR systems (e.g. Learning, Talent Acquisition) including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. · Support Project Management (primarily in support of our Client Relationship Leads): Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Identify issues, problems and opportunities. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and potential consequences. · Build Functional requirement documents in support of new technology demand · Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. · Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policies or ways of working · Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. · Assist in development or functional design of standard reports for ongoing customer needs or new technology implementations. Work with reporting Subject Matter Experts during required development · Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. · Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality.
