No H1’s or OPT’s ***MUST have Loan Servicing, finance, or escrow experience *** In terms of what we are looking for in the candidates, it would be the following: Senior Business Systems Analysts with a minimum of 4 years’ experience with a *balance* of the following skills: · Strong examples of Business Requirements Gathering · Strong Examples of Business Requirements Documentation · Proven SQL Skills · Data Analysis Skills · Functional Design Skills *Key Accountabilities* • Demonstrate deep understanding of the business domain and drive for future state design that resolves current state issues following the business vision • Lead the conversation with the business customer to elicit and verify requirements • Apply appropriate BSA methods and techniques to deliver work products across multiple phases of a project • Drive cross-functional alignment and prioritization of requirements within and across projects • Demonstrate an understanding of how process and technology can be integrated to deliver high business value and apply knowledge of the client’s business requirements to describe the relationship between the proposed solution and trade-offs • Demonstrate deep understanding of typical software development lifecycle methodologies including waterfall and agile • Systematically address business as well as technical problems • Drive work efforts to be in line with the underlying IT strategy • Assist in the definition of performance measures for a client • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned • Develop value propositions and business cases *Relevant Experience* • At least 6 months of experience in Loan Servicing, finance, or escrow • At least 2 year of experience as Business Systems Analyst • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail • Experience working directly with users to define business rules and processes • High School Diploma/GED Regards, *Sara Wilson* - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 sara.wil...@itbtalent.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
