*The Senior Crystal Reports Developer will work closely with a Business
Analyst and *
*client leadership to understand reporting needs,will independently
research the *
*reporting databases to determine the best approach, and will implement *
*high-quality reporting solutions for ongoing self-service usage.*
*The Developer is expected to work with analysts and operations *
*professionals as needed to understand the details of the business
operation.*
*Required skills:*
*5+ years Crystal Reports design/development*
*5+ years Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries against
diverse back-end databases*
*Able to identify and rectify gaps in reporting for newly
implemented EHR application*
*Ability to utilize visual representations on reporting function*
*Able to communicate effectively with all level of peers/management.*
*Experience with Netsmart myAvatar and/or the InterSystems Caché database
platform is a plus.*
*Healthcare experience is a plus.*
*Crystal Reports Certified Professional (CRCP) certification is a plus.*
