The program will focus on streamlining several regional and technology driven engineering processes into a few key processes. It will also transform dozens of existing systems into a single user experience across several disciplines within engineering (network capacity, planning, design, build, network creation, test & turn-up, inventory and systems performance). The applicant will work with several application leads in each of the aforementioned areas within the organization to understand the systems and comprehensive business benefits being delivered. He/she will consult with the engineering team on the integration of business processes into the new platform. The applicant should be able to perform with broad guidance in an environment that requires expedient resolution of time-sensitive issues. This is a transformational time for the organization and there is an abundance of exciting opportunities. Skillset: • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management across IT and business teams. • Experience with all aspects of the application life cycle; requirements through operationalization. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • SQL knowledge and the ability to analyze data. • Experience in the telecommunications field. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to develop effective presentations in PowerPoint applicable to various audiences. • Ability to work with teams across organizations of the company and outside IT. • Ability to lead, track and status special projects. • Detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative; with a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Coordinate the communication of the overall program to all organizations involved which will range from status updates on the software progress as well as material for the related business impact. Work closely with the software development teams building the platform to understand each area and drive coordination across groups. Work with several application leads within the organization to understand the applications and comprehensive business benefits being delivered. Work with leads across various organizations to gather and document information for the program.
