*Title:* *Business Transformation Specialist* *Location:* *Toronto, ON* *Duration:** 6+ Months* *Rate:** Open for right resource* *REQUIREMENTS* · Review the service definitions and pricing completed in Phase I and develop an in-depth knowledge of CUSTOMER Application Hosting Service definitions. · *Lead the Phase II planning process*. Develop a roadmap and project plan to complete all Phase II deliverables, including defining resource requirements and time lines. · Lead the diagnostic process to define the future state, document the current state, identify the gaps and develop a plan to close gaps in order to make the costing and pricing sustainable. · Contribute to the re-pricing of all solutions for which Customer currently bills clients, based on service definitions and unit prices that implemented in December 2015. As the result of this re-pricing exercise, when the billing takes place in October 2016, the clients/clusters will approve bills as an accurate reflection of the services consumed. · Contribute to closing current data gaps existing in the CMDB, such that it will be the single and sustainable source of data utilized for re-pricing and billing. For the development of prices, due December 2015, management estimates were employed where data gaps existed; all these data gaps must be closed. · Contribute to the design and implementation of data integrity processes, necessary to ensure the CMDB is an accurate reflection of the infrastructure in the CUSTOMER environment and can be used for billing. This includes data capture from electronic information (i.e. discovery tools) and data comparison to the CMDB for quality control purposes. This will deliver a suite of discovery tools for all supported technologies, and a process to report on data accuracy. · Lead the review, design, and implementation of all processes in the value chain (from procurement to billing) that affect the data in the CMDB, ensuring the database is a current and accurate reflection of the infrastructure supported by CUSTOMER and is dependable for billing.
