The new web based system will provide easy access and transparency to citywide professionals and property owners through integration with a Dynamics CRM agency-facing business process management application. The system will also include highly automated workflow driven activities and communications as well as various points of systems and data integration. Mandatory Skill/Expertise Minimum 7 years experience implementing Microsoft .Net based web portals and applications. Must have strong ASP.Net development expertise including 7+ years experience with *Visual Studio, implementing MVC and* MVVM patterns. Must have strong web services experience, specifically using the *RESTful* protocol and *OData endpoints.* Must have strong client side scripting skills including *JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS and JSON.* Must have strong front end development skills for multi-browser, multi-platform usability including: Experience streamlining *HTML5* code for optimized performance Advanced *CSS* skills Reactive design expertise, and experience developing high volume portals for multi-browser support Familiarity with ADA best practices for public portals *Must have strong security experience*, specifically in the implementation of web portals, and integration with third party identity management software (i.e. *Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, custom credentialing services*). Should be able to demonstrate understanding of best practices for data management/security online. Must have experience integrating public facing portals with a variety of back end applications and data sources in a multi-tier environment. Should have experience delivering in an Agile environment, including discrete functional packages for incremental builds. Should have strong experience leveraging centralized source code control to enable large team / multiple work stream project implementations. Should have strong troubleshooting skills including route cause analysis and break/fix support. Desirable Skill/Expertise Experience developing custom reports via* SSRS* Experience developing ETL packages using* SSIS* Experience developing web services using *SOAP* Experience integrating with or implementing *MS Dynamics CRM* Experience integrating with Mainframe systems Experience integrating with Document management platforms, especially *Documentum* Experience integrating with third party payment portals (Citibank portal integration experience preferred) and/or financial packages. Experience developing custom solutions for mobile access.
