*Role: * *Oracle Exadata Design DBA/ ArchitectLocation:* *Boston, MA* *Duration: Long Term* *Technical Skills* · At least 5+ year of experience in Database design / Architecture / Data Modeling for OLTP, ODS and DataMart or Data Warehouse for Financial Application (such as Trading, Operational, Transaction Processing, Reporting) · Working knowledge of Erwin · In depth Working knowledge and experience of Oracle 11g, Exadata, PL/SQL · Working knowledge and experience of Oracle Golden Gate · Working knowledge and experience of Unix Shell Scripting · Must know how to optimize and improve the performance of the various long running queries · Recommend best practices / changes for the data base design (conceptual, logical, physical) · Understand the data requirements, ETL layer and tools familiarity (data transformation / extraction) · Experience working in a technology driven environment. · Business Intelligence platforms such as IBM Cognos · Practical experience using Scrum, Agile modelling and adaptive software development.
