*Qualifications:*

Required Skills/Experience:
- Typically requires BS in CS or EE, or equivalent, plus demonstrated SAP
HANA experience with at least 2-3 years experience within SAP HANA
environment in a technical capacity
- Strong teaming and collaboration skills, with ability to build quick and
effective work rapport with others
- Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced engineers when
required
- Strong Problem Solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and
determine root cause and resolution for complex problems
- Ability  to perform a recreate of the customer problem in order to
isolate the issue and resolve
- Excellent written and  verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and
manage customer commitments
General Duties/Tasks:
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management SAP systems as a SAP
HANA Database Administrator.  This includes daily/weekly/quarterly
maintenance tasks as well as supporting day 2 operate for new
installations, patching and enhancement package installation, healthchecks
and system copy/clone activities, which includes Incident/Problem/Change
management activities.

- Work with team to manage and maintain SAP HANA application and
infrastructure systems.
- Execute common SAP and industry standard daily/weekly/monthly maintenance
tasks during  specified maintenance      windows
- Share Hana knowledge with team to enhance team capabilities
- Support add-on installations in addition to support packages and
enhancement packs.
- Provide general technical support for end user support
requests/incidents/problem/change management
- Monitoring and maintaining system and customer background jobs
- Monitoring and administration of SAP HANA Databases using Solution
Manager and DBA cockpit.
- Performance analysis of HANA system using SQL plan cache. Delta merge
analysis, and analysis of long      running statement in HANA.
