*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: Network Engineer Location: Albany, NY Duration: 24 Months Direct Client Position Client: NYS OMH Rate: $55-60/hr on C2C *Note: Need 2 references, H1B Visa # and copy of CCIE* The Data network consolidation project will reduce the number of circuits and consolidate network equipment onto a common infrastructure. UniteNY VoIP deployment will replace the old phone system with a VoIP solution. As well as and various Health Cluster projects as needed. Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following: Review agency network connectivity and access requirements. Design, test, and implement a broad range of new network solutions, migrations & upgrades for ITS Enterprise and remote sites. Perform evaluations on software/hardware intended to be added or updated within the ITS Enterprise infrastructure or at ITS remote sites to ensure network continuity/compatibility. Provide technical support, analysis & troubleshooting for ITS staff, customers and their business partners. Responsible for LAN design and implementation for UniteNY VoIP deployment. Lead/assist with network designs for Data Networks consolidation projects. Assist with the transformations of agencies networks into CNSE. Assist with network configurations for the migration of file shares to Isilon. Review network deployments and recommend remediation to ensure compliance with ITS Enterprise network standards. Requested Qualifications 72 months Demonstrated experience with design, implementation and support of remote access solutions. 72 months Demonstrated direct working experience with design, implementation and support of a multi-vendor network environments. Candidate should be proficient in configuration and support of *Cisco and Nortel routers/switches *and* Juniper VPNs/firewalls,* 72months Demonstrated direct working experience troubleshooting application issues using *protocol analysis tools*.
