The specific tasks required of this position will be to: Implement workflow and routing rules via Adobe LiveCycle Integrate workflow processes with various data sources and web services Provide business and workflow analysis on processes used by the agency Document program specifications Research and document and facilitate user requirements collection with program users Working with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems? Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff The submitted candidate must meet or exceed the following qualification requirements: REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs) Years / Level of Experience 5+ years of experience using *JavaScript* 5+ years of experience using *XML, HTML, and CSS* 5+ years of experience using SQL Ability to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problems and design/specifications and assigned application software systems Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to work independently Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to effectively, efficiently, and proactively solve problems and manage issues. Ability to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problems. Strong deadline and task management skills. Ability to facilitate communication between IT and business users. Sound discretionary judgment skills. Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments - Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing, with both technical and non-technical staff and clients.
