Bureau of infectious Diseases proposes to make only minimally necessary changes to ODRS to keep it running for the next 3 years. These updates include implementing a new required method for transmitting data to CDC, linking to another CDC system for outbreak reporting, and making updates required by federal grants and OAC changes. In addition, any information technology work necessary to prepare for the transition to a new system would be included as part of the project. ODRS will be minimally updated to ensure compliance with OAC requirements, CDC recommendations, and grant deliverables.
