KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: •5+ Years Structured Programming Work Experience required •Proven programming skill developing complex applications using current generation toolsets such as C#, C, 4th generation languages, or similar programming languages •Strong ARGO ADS Development and troubleshooting experience. •Demonstrate understanding of ARGO’s value chain CRP3 (Customer, Revenue, People, Process, Product) through actions and accomplishments. •Resolves defects in existing ADS functionality and tests system code modified for defect resolution to ensure functional integrity. Relational Database Development required •Ability to write standard SQL to add, retrieve, and update data from large scale RDBMS solutions. Understanding of data modeling and indexing techniques. •n-Tier Architecture solution knowledge required •Familiarity and understanding of multi-tier applications using distributed network infrastructure for client, application, and data tier components. •Browser Client Application Development Experience desired •Browser or Rich client programming skills creating end-user desktop applications with DHTML, VB Script, Javascript, XSL, XML, ASP.NET or similar. •Ability to work and collaborate in a professional, corporate, team-centric environment. •Bachelor’s Degree required.
