*No H1B OR OPT's Job Description:*3-5 years of technical infrastructure and support experience in an Enterprise Environment. Design, implement, And support Hyperion infrastructure and services Maintain system documentation, logs, and work instructions Coordinate with the development team for testing and deployment of new features Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems Solid Hyperion application experience with a strong knowledge of Financial Data Management-Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and/or Data Relationship Management (DRM) IT and software application background Financial Institution experience /exposure Ability to support and troubleshoot user issues, i.e. financial statement disconnects to source system(s Accounting and finance exposure Exposure to internal ticketing system Strong business and IT/technology acumen Excellent leaderships skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of various skill sets Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project.
