The primary job responsibilities for this role include testing and quality procedures for web applications and mobile applications. This position will be reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance. DUTIES Manage test procedures and process, primarily for proprietary web applications utilizing MS .NET, IIS and SQL Server 2008/2012. Work with Developers, other QA professionals, Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure project success. Review requirements documentation for testability and decompose requirements into test plans. Test HTML emails for accuracy and cross-device compatibility. *REQUIREMENTS * Five or more years' experience as a quality assurance professional. Experience in test planning and manual test execution (automated test experience a plus). Knowledge of quality assurance and configuration management methodology. Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from inception to deployment. Experience testing HTML emails and related CRM campaigns. Excellent communication skills and extreme detail orientation. The ability to multi-task. MS SQL Server and T-SQL proficiency. Experience in cross-browser compatibility and multi-media testing. Experience testing on mobile devices. Experience with TFS is a plus. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus. Four-year degree and strong English language skills are required.
