Critical thinking skills and the ability to present finding and recommendations concisely. Ability to develop methodologies, approaches, and concepts to solve business problems and answer analytical questions. Technical proficiency in business analysis, logical data modeling and workflow diagramming software tools (i.e., Visio). Proficiency with presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, EXCEL, ACCESS and WORD). Database management and data extraction experience.
