•             Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7
basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service
incidents and       queries within the agreed service levels.

•             Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management.

•             Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/
implement services improvements plans.

•             Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation
to lead or Manager

•             Works independently towards providing support for escalated
trouble shooting requirements.

•             Expert on knowledge tools, client management tools and remote
control software to help resolve at least 80% of calls routed to him/her,
without having to dispatch to service partners or desk side support
technician.

•             In-depth knowledge of technical skills in hardware, MS
Operating Systems, Network, Remote Connectivity and process knowledge to
ensure quality in desktop support business.

•             Board issue diagnosis of Motherboard and Processor issue,
Install and configure bio-metric devices, Install and configure touch pad
devices, AD

•             Configuration of firewall like opening up ports, setting
exception lists, Advanced configuration/customizing anti-virus software,
configuration/customizing anti-spyware software, Advanced repair
installation to prevent data loss, Modifying registry entries as needed,
Remove detected Virus, Remove detected spyware, Replacing the hardware
which has failed

•             Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and windows operating
system and embedded OS related issues, desktop applications and LAN for
Desktops and L

•             Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting
printer, plug and play POS, PDA, Kiosk, MFD, IPhone, I pad etc. and related
issues.

•             Knowledge in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office,
MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook, Lotus Notes.

•             Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch
and hotfix installations and troubleshooting.







*2.Administrator Lead*

*Waukegan, IL*

*6 months (extendable)*

*Job Description:*

*Mandatory Skills:* Vmware Admin, Windows and AD Admin, Citrix Admin, Infra
Performance and Optimization.

*Desirable Skills:* Windows and AD Admin, Citrix Admin

·         Year’s As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a
Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer
      management.

·         Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis
manager.

·         Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.

·         Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management.

·         Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status
reports to higher management.

·         Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.

·         Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction
surveys.

·         Drive service improvement programs.

·         Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the
engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with
respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents. Effort
estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.
