In this role, the team member must have the ability to analyze and resolve business related system issues while working across project teams to enhance their business and technical knowledge. The functional analyst is responsible for informing team lead of any issues that may affect the schedule and/or quality of the product. They will partner with the test team to ensure functionality is adequately tested and may participate in weekly triage defect meetings. The functional analysts will help resolve design issues as well as provide guidance for new designs and clarity to documentation.
