Position :Salesforce Developer Location :Arlington, VA Duration :6 Months Contract *Salesforce Developer Job Requirements* - Communication skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their technical needs and ask the right questions to surface essential design issues related to the creation or modification of Salesforce code - Listening skills, to understand what developers, testers and project managers say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say - Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding - Design skills, to create effective but easily maintainable technical solutions to specific problems in our clients Salesforce.com environment - Technical writing skills, to communicate technical information effectively to technical staff and other development team members - Troubleshooting skills, to efficiently detect the source of errors in the coding and configuration of a Salesforce.com environment. - An understanding of Salesforce.com technology, including, but not limited to an understanding of security concepts, standard objects, triggers, indexes, fields,reports, formula fields and workflow rules - Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including Apex, Triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. - An understanding of how to practice good software engineering according to an Agile development life cycle in a team environment. - Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. - Creation and management of Apex classes - Solid understanding of Object Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code. - Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API. - Must have experience working on at least 5 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform. - Publishing/media domain knowledge is a plus, to have credibility with user representatives, but not essential Regards, *Sara Wilson* - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
