Job Description : *Job Title: Java Lead Developer* *Location : Dearborn, MI* *Duration : 6 Months + * *We need only Citizen and Green Card for this role* *I. Job Summary| Major goals and objectives.* Java team lead responsible for design and development of software applications running on a Websphere Manager environment. Work with business and technical lead to design an ecommerce solution. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable taking ownership of features and have a strong commitment to quality. All applicants must have a working knowledge of JPA and be able to take the lead role in development of the persistence framework. *II. Essential Job Functions* *Essential Functions (primary responsibilities and accountabilities)* 1. Develop applications on WebSphere + MS SQL 2. Lead JPA persistence development 3. Lead and participate in development 4. Participate in peer based code and design reviews 5. Collaborate with team to handle day to day project workflow 6. Write and assist with design documentation 7. Manage application development duties. Plan, schedule and complete tasks. 8. Adhere to coding standards and promote best practices *III. Other Responsibilities* 1. Work closely with business analysts to develop solutions 2. Maintain coding standards 3. Lead unit testing *IV.
