Thanks..! Job Description : *I. Job Summary| Major goals and objectives.* This position is looking for an individual with a strong technical and development background with working knowledge and experience in designing and implementing Salesforce.com for clients. This role is responsible for leading the technical design, development and testing on the Salesforce.com platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an application developer with a history of CRM and/or SFDC experience. The candidate must have technical and development skills and also be able to work on projects independently. The ability to write APEX triggers and Visualforce pages in Salesforce.com is a must. This person will be called on to provide the company with technical advice solutions regarding the SFDC environment. Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience is a plus. *II. Essential Job Functions* *Essential Functions (primary responsibilities and accountabilities)* • Provides technical solution leadership and guidance; provides thoughtful leadership related to emerging web technologies, web design integration, prototyping, database driven content and web based user interfaces • Communicates with project team to provide development progress • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems, process flows and user requirements • Develops technical architecture and designs • Leads application build, test, and deploy activities to meet business requirements and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies • Works with project team to build and test custom features • Develops data migration strategies; completes data manipulation, cleaning and importing • Develops and executes production rollout strategy and support for users • Provides advanced technical services during both pre and post sales cycle *III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements|* *Education:* • Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology related discipline Experience: • 2+ Salesforce certifications • Demonstrated work experience in working with diverse set of users (E.g.
