*Location: Salt Lake City, UT*

*Duration: 6+Months*

*Customer: HCL America/ AAA*

Job Requirement :

·         Develop and maintain enterprise voice and contact center
technology strategies and standards.

·         Research, test, propose, and implement voice and contact center
solutions that meet or exceed the objectives and expectations of the
business customers

·         Identify and resolve complex voice and contact center problems
utilizing structured troubleshooting procedures, tools, and techniques

·         Plans and executes highly complex projects

·         Ability to manage call center changes, such as Agents, VDN, and
Vectoring

·         Manage call center supporting applications, such as CTI, CMS,
eCAS,

·         Call recording

·         Track telecom vendor invoices and knowledge of toll free advanced
features

·         Complete necessary backups for all telecom related servers

·         Coordinating telecommunications changes with corporate users

·         Maintain documentation for all telecommunications systems /
devices

·         System capacity planning-Trunking, ports, and licenses

·         System vulnerability remediation management
