• 8+ years or more of interactive design experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction
Design or comparable (desired)

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Knowledge of Digital Prototyping Software (InVision, Axure, or similar)
is a plus

• Knowledge of Front-End Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus





*Description:*

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be part of a small Digital Design team
responsible for crafting the visual appearance, interaction behaviors, and
interfaces for internal COMPANY products and services. This requires an
individual who highly talented and creative with a strong design sense and
keen problem solving skills. You will be involved in every aspect of
product development, from inception to deployment, working closely across
teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

 As a UX/UI Designer, you should have the following capabilities:

 • Ability to design responsive web, tablet and mobile experiences

• Proficient in designing for transactional B2B as well as mass market B2C

• Distill complex business processes, requirements and objectives into
clear and innovative user interfaces

• Strong knowledge of fundamental design disciplines such as typography,
layout, and color

• Ability to manage design deliverable s throughout a project life cycle
with flawless execution

• Strong analytical, innovation thinking and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of current technologies and interaction design trends

• Understanding of Agile software development practices

 Your responsibilities will include the following aspects:

 • Work collaboratively across teams including internal business
stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to help define business
and feature requirements, user scenarios and use cases

• Develop site maps, flow charts, wire-frames, storyboards to facilitate
detailed discussions about user flows and information architecture

• Create stunning and intuitive designs and/or prototypes for web, tablet,
and mobile interfaces

• Define and execute a cohesive visual language for an enterprise-scale
component based platform

• Prepare and deliver necessary documentation for product build

• Work closely with front-end development to ensure features are delivered
with the intended user experience

• Interact professionally and communicate effectively at all levels
throughout the company
