They would lead and assist with process improvement efforts, and assist with documenting the process, any associated backlogs, and friction points and measuring progress. They would provide training in business process improvement techniques. Also, this position supports operations for the VITA business process management program. Additionally, this position assists agency staff cross-functionally in development of documented business processes and process improvement projects; collaborates with process owners and arrives at process improvement recommendations to improve customer service and service optimization.
